Members Terms of Service

By signing up and actively using the Survey Jury program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Survey Jury may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Survey Jury. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Survey Jury program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members
Any method that artificially and/or fraudulently generates clicks is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks, incentives to click, using robots, automated clicking tools, or other deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.
**You MUST understand English. You must be 16 years of age or older. Minors must have parental consent to participate in this program, and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name (full name no initials), address (full physical address including country code, no PO Box, email address). Please note if you have Check as payment option and your mailing address differs from your physical address, you will be required to fax or email a proof of your address. You may only request cashout to your name and not to anyone else’s name. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Survey Jury account.
**If you log into an account from a pc that is already being used by a Survey Jury member both accounts will be suspended. In addition you many NOT use a proxy server. You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential; you may change your password by logging into your Survey Jury account and change the information. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses.
**Please be aware anyone caught cheating/committing fraud in any way are in violation of the terms and privacy statement and therefore are not protected by them due to their own violation. Therefore that gives us the right to make others aware of your identity to protect further fraud. Cheating is: using software to click links or participate in our program in any way, having multiple accounts, attempting to sell your account and any other behavior that commits fraud. Any member found to have violated the Terms will have his/her account deleted permanently from the site resulting in a loss of all funds not yet paid and any referral commissions earned. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity of ANY kind. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account including authorization by you to any third party individual that may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal arise, it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
Survey Jury adheres to a zero (0) tolerance policy regarding any type of fraud.
**You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from Survey Jury your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In addition, anyone found to be inactive, who has not logged into the site in the past 45 days, could be terminated and all earnings (cash and points) forfeited, as well as referred members.
In addition, anyone found to be inactive, who has not clicked on at least 10 cents worth of links or received credit for an offer in 60 days, could be terminated and all earnings forfeited.
Responsibility of Advertisers
Offers or campaigns from affiliate networks cannot be added by members of this site. Survey Jury has every right to remove any advertisements purchased and to refund the advertiser appropriately.
After purchasing advertisements on Survey Jury, you must verify and approve or deny offers accordingly. Any ad not approved or denied within 7 days will be automatically approved or denied based on the information provided by the member for that specific signup. No refunds will be given for advertisements that were never verified by the purchaser. Any ad that is denied but is disputed by the member who signed up for that specific offer, may be reversed based on the evidence provided.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Survey Jury are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Survey Jury. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Survey Jury. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Survey Jury program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but is not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Survey Jury will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Survey Jury program, even if Survey Jury has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Survey Jury’s aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Survey Jury and may result in legal prosecution. Survey Jury strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Survey Jury may charge up to $50.00 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Survey Jury will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
Account Deletion Due To Fraud And Cheating
Survey Jury reserves the right to delete or suspend any member’s account suspected of fraud and/or cheating. The member’s current account balance may be forfeited due to any offers being reversed with advertisers.
No Guarantee On Offer Crediting
Members at Survey Jury complete offers at their own risk. Offers are not guaranteed to credit. Members should only complete offers of genuine interest, and therefore, awards for offers are a bonus; they are not a requirement. Survey Jury is not to be held responsible for any offers that do not credit. No manual credit requests for offers will be accepted.
The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. “Personally identifying information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.
We will not sell, disclose or lease our members personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency. Information concerning members’ usernames and cashout amounts and dates processed are provided on a Latest Paid list on the site. Personal information such as the members’ name, address, phone number is never sold nor disclosed.
Survey Jury collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
Some of our services require you to register for an account. Survey Jury asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, and password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.
Upon your first visit to Survey Jury, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A “cookie” is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Survey Jury features or services may not function properly without cookies.
Cheating / Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member’s account being deleted without notice and without pay. Fraud includes, but is not limited to: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using fake information to complete offers; using information that is not their own to complete offers; using pre-paid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; complete offers more than once; canceling offers and/or trials immediately.
While we do not share your personal information as a member of Survey Jury. If you are caught frauding or cheating Survey Jury and your account is terminated by Survey Jury for those reasons then your information such as your username, IP, and offers completed are NOT considered personal information, and will be shared with other site owners and/or advertisers at their request. In addition, publicly slandering Survey Jury if found to be fraudulent can result in legal action for slander and/or the fraudulent proof to be posted publicly for all to view.
Survey Jury adheres to a zero (0) tolerance policy regarding any type of fraud.
Upgrades purchased on Survey Jury are used for receiving discounts on advertisements (banner impressions, paid to signup ads, paid to click ads) purchases and for receiving free referrals. Free referrals are those members who signup to the site unreferred. You are not guaranteed a certain number of referrals by purchasing an upgrade. Members will be assigned to you randomly based on how often unreferred members join and what type of upgrade you purchased. Any upgrade purchased will expire after 6 months from the purchase date. If the upgrade is not renewed within 1 week after the expiration date, the upgrade will then be expired and the member will be set back to regular account status.
Trial offers will be placed into Under Review status for a period of up to 14 days (possibly longer if needed) for fraud prevention.
Survey Jury has been consistently and happily paying members since 2006. Members will be paid via PayPal, check, Moneybookers, Amazon, Liberty Reserve, AlertPay, or money order. Survey Jury will pay members that requested payment within 7 days of the request.
PayPal payments are only processed to verified accounts. Survey Jury does payout to members who are outside of the USA. In addition, members with incomplete or inaccurate account information will not be paid. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not always be confirmed the month after, as some offers take longer to receive commissions on. All Survey Jury members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until Survey Jury has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment is made, every account on Survey Jury is audited to ensure that no fraud has taken place. Survey Jury will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers they completed have been validated and paid upon. Survey Jury reserves the right to request ID verification for any and all accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this request is denied, Survey Jury reserves the right to withhold funds.
