You consent through your participation in survey(s) that you are 18 years of age or older.
Benefits:
The incentive you receive for your participation varies depending on the survey topic and length. Usually when a survey is sent to you through the US Mail, Consumer Opinion Institute will include US$1 to $5 for your participation.
